Assam will set a world record by planting 10 million trees in 24 hours.

The government will try to set a total of nine world records. Three of them will try to set new records and the remaining six will try to break old records.

The Guinness World Records team has already arrived in Assam. The Amrit Tree Planting Program will be held from September 9 to 17. Pepsi has planted trees at a cost of Rs 778 crore in Banekuchi, Nalbari.

So far, 47,34,465 people have registered on the portal. The government will set a world record with 300,000 trees in Khanapara on September.

They will take another record step by distributing tree seedlings on the 10th. On the 17th, he will set a world record by planting 10 million trees in 24 hours.

The 14th will be the record of planting trees in 24 hours in Odalguri, the record of planting trees in 1 hour in Naharkatia on the 15th and the record of planting trees in Shivsagar on the 17th.
