He has issued his first directive since becoming Chief Minister and banned loud speakers in religious places. According to the directive, loud speakers are prohibited in religious and public places. The Supreme Court guidelines have been quoted for this order.
Chief Minister Mohan Yadav took over as Chief Minister after ritual worship today. He issued these important directives after taking office. The directive bans loudspeakers in the state.
“It has come to light that loudspeakers are being used in various religious places in violation of the decibel limit. Noise disturbs people's ability to work, comfort and sleep. Noisy conditions can cause high blood pressure, mental tension and insomnia. This also causes problems in the inner ear,” he said.
It also said that guidelines on the use of loudspeakers and horns in private residences have been issued under the decision of the Supreme Court.
Mohan Yadav is an MLA from Ujjain South. He is known to be close to the Sangh. He was the Minister of Higher Education in the Shivraj government.
