Harmanpreet has held the record since 2017, when she scored a 90-ball century in Derby against Australia in the 2017 ODI World Cup. Mandhana's 70-ball century is also the joint-seventh fastest in women's ODI cricket history. The record for the fastest women's ODI century is in the name of Meg Lanning, who scored a century in 45 balls against New Zealand in 2012.
Apart from Smriti, opener Pratika Raval also played a brilliant knock of 154 runs in 129 balls. He hit 20 fours and 1 six. This was his first ODI hundred. Pratika Rawal has so far scored 444 runs in six ODI innings at an average of 74. This is the most runs scored by any player after the first six women's ODIs, surpassing Natthakan Chantham's 322.
